Each student account is intended for the individual learner for whom the enrollment was created. Sharing login credentials, passwords, dashboard access, or course materials with another person is prohibited.

24-Hour Pre-Activation Period

• The 24-hour period is calculated from the enrollment/payment timestamp recorded by the Platform.
• A student may request a full refund of the eligible enrollment payment within this 24-hour period, before account activation, in accordance with the Refund Policy.
• The account will be activated only after the complete 24-hour refund window has expired and the applicable enrollment/payment checks have been completed.
• Once the account has been activated, the standard course enrollment becomes non-refundable, subject to applicable law and any specific exception expressly stated in the Refund Policy.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, you should contact the Platform support team promptly.

Program names, curriculum, duration, modules, pricing, schedules, and availability may change when the Platform updates its offerings.

Enrollment grants the learner a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the enrolled learning resources for educational purposes only. Access does not transfer ownership of any course content or intellectual property to the student.

Program prices, workshop fees, promotional offers, installment options, and other charges are displayed on the Platform or the applicable enrollment page at the time of purchase. The amount shown on the applicable checkout/enrollment flow governs that transaction.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. By submitting a payment, you authorize the applicable payment provider and ACA PrimeX to process the transaction for the selected service.

Enrollment Refund And Activation Rule

• The account remains pending/pre-activation for the 24-hour refund window.
• The student account is activated only after the 24-hour window expires and the applicable checks are completed.
• After activation, the standard course enrollment is non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or expressly permitted under the Refund Policy.
• Refund requests must be submitted using the official process stated in the Refund Policy.

If a payment fails, remains incomplete, is duplicated, or is affected by a technical gateway error, the Platform may verify the transaction before taking corrective action. Payment-provider processing times may apply.

ACA PrimeX Digital Career Platform fosters a professional, respectful, and inclusive digital learning environment. We expect all students to conduct themselves with high academic integrity and professionalism when utilizing the platform, participating in community forums, or communicating with our instructional staff.

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in harassing behavior, deploying malicious software, attempting to compromise our server infrastructure, or utilizing automated scripts to scrape platform data. Any attempt to disrupt the educational experience of other learners or undermine the technical stability of the academy will result in severe disciplinary action, including permanent platform bans.

Eligible learners may receive a digital certificate after successfully completing the applicable program requirements. Requirements can include completion of required learning modules, practical activities, assignments, assessments, projects, or other criteria specified for the selected program.

Certificates issued by ACA PrimeX may contain a unique certificate ID and verification mechanism. The official verification portal may be used to confirm the authenticity of an issued credential.

A certificate confirms completion of the stated learning program or requirements. It does not by itself guarantee employment, income, freelancing clients, promotion, business growth, professional licensing, or academic credit transfer. Career and income outcomes depend on the learner's effort, practical implementation, market demand, and other factors.

ACA PrimeX may conduct a Sunday Live Workshop at the schedule displayed on the official website. The current website describes a Sunday workshop at 08:00 PM IST with a duration of approximately 60 minutes.

The workshop may include a live practical session, digital marketing overview, AI tools introduction, website development demonstration, career roadmap guidance, and Q&A. The actual agenda may change based on the session schedule.

Where a seat-confirmation fee is displayed, such as the currently advertised ₹29 workshop confirmation, the applicable workshop payment and cancellation terms shown at registration will govern that specific booking.

Participants must behave professionally. Disruptive conduct, unauthorized promotion, harassment, abuse, malicious activity, or attempts to record and redistribute protected session content without permission may result in removal from the session and/or account restrictions.

ACA PrimeX Digital Career Platform may offer or enable referral features for eligible users, allowing current students to earn rewards or account credits by inviting new learners to join our platform. Participation in this program is entirely optional and is governed by strict anti-spam regulations. Referral links must be shared responsibly and ethically.

To prevent fraudulent activity, referral rewards are subject to verification. We actively monitor referral data to ensure that new accounts are legitimate, fully funded, and not created for the sole purpose of generating illicit rewards. Self-referrals, misleading promotional tactics, and automated mass-emailing campaigns will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of all accumulated rewards.

The educational services, digital courses, and platform features provided by ACA PrimeX Digital Career Platform are delivered on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. While we strive to provide the highest quality instruction and uninterrupted platform access, we do not warrant that our services will be entirely free from technical errors, temporary interruptions, or minor inaccuracies.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the academy, its instructors, and its corporate affiliates shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your utilization of our educational platform. Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim relating to these services will not exceed the total tuition amount you paid to us within the twelve months preceding the incident.
