By enrolling in the ACA PrimeX Referral Program, generating a referral link, or attempting to claim a commission, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to adhere to every stipulation contained within this policy. This framework is implemented to ensure a fair, transparent, and legally compliant affiliate environment for all active participants.

The ACA PrimeX Referral Program is a structured performance-based incentive system designed to reward our loyal students, alumni, and official partners for recommending our digital education platform to prospective learners. Through this program, authorized participants are provided with unique tracking identifiers that allow the Academy to attribute successful, paid enrollments directly to the referring individual.

This program strictly operates as an independent contractor relationship. Participation in the Referral Program does not constitute an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between the Referrer and ACA PrimeX Digital Academy. Referral Rewards have no guaranteed income value, and financial success depends entirely on the legitimate, verified enrollments generated by the Referrer.

Participation in the ACA PrimeX Referral Program is subject to specific eligibility criteria to ensure compliance with our institutional standards and local jurisdiction laws. To become a recognized participant in this program, individuals must meet the following mandatory requirements prior to registration.

• Must be at least 18 years of age or possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts within the jurisdiction of India.

Referral links may not be utilized in spam campaigns, unsolicited mass emails, deceptive advertising, or placed on websites that promote illegal, harmful, or culturally inappropriate content. Any traffic generated through unauthorized or unethical marketing channels will be immediately disqualified, and the associated accounts will be permanently terminated.

A commission is only triggered when a referral transitions into a "Successful Enrollment." For the purposes of this legal agreement, a Successful Enrollment means a genuine student who completes the entire payment process for an eligible, premium course without initiating a refund, chargeback, or payment dispute during the mandatory clearing period.

If a referred student enrolls in a free course, utilizes a 100% discount voucher, or fails to complete their financial transaction due to banking errors or insufficient funds, the transaction does not qualify as a Successful Enrollment. The Academy maintains a strict ledger, and only finalized, cleared payments are considered valid for referral crediting.

The financial incentive provided by the ACA PrimeX Referral Program is standardized to ensure fairness and transparency across our entire affiliate network. The Referral Reward is strictly fixed at 10% of every successfully verified paid enrollment. This percentage is calculated based on the final net amount paid by the referred student, excluding applicable taxes, processing fees, or subsequent partial refunds.

This 10% commission rate applies universally to all standard program offerings unless a specialized, temporary promotional tier is explicitly announced in writing by the Academy. Commissions are strictly non-negotiable and cannot be exchanged for alternative digital assets, course credits, or transferred to secondary user accounts.

To protect the integrity of the Academy's financial ecosystem, every generated referral commission must undergo a rigorous internal verification process before it is marked as payable. Rewards are credited only after payment verification, ensuring that the funds from the referred student have successfully cleared our payment gateway and settled into our institutional accounts.

This verification phase involves cross-referencing IP addresses, matching payment identities, and ensuring that no unauthorized discount stacking occurred during checkout. During this time, the commission will reflect as "Pending" in the Referrer's dashboard and cannot be withdrawn or utilized.

A "Pending" commission will only transition to an "Approved" state once specific chronological and administrative conditions have been fully satisfied. Primarily, the referred student must surpass the Academy's official refund window without initiating a cancellation or refund request.

If the referred student claims a refund, initiates a credit card chargeback, or is found to have violated our Terms of Service resulting in an account ban within the clearing period, the associated referral commission will be immediately nullified and removed from the Referrer's account balance.

To ensure operational efficiency and minimize excessive banking transaction fees, ACA PrimeX Digital Academy enforces a strict financial threshold for all commission payouts. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₹320. Participants cannot initiate a transfer request until their "Approved" balance meets or exceeds this specific numerical threshold.

Balances that remain below the ₹320 threshold will roll over into subsequent months indefinitely, provided the Referrer's account remains in good standing. There are no penalties for maintaining a balance below the threshold, but no manual exceptions will be made to process payouts beneath the established minimum.

Withdrawal requests are subject to verification and are processed according to a scheduled financial cycle. Once a valid withdrawal request is submitted through the affiliate dashboard, our finance team will audit the account to ensure all compliance checks are clear. Approved payments are typically disbursed via localized bank transfers (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS) or recognized digital payment gateways within 7 to 10 business days.

The Referrer bears total responsibility for ensuring that the bank account details provided in their dashboard are completely accurate. ACA PrimeX Digital Academy holds no liability for lost, delayed, or misdirected funds resulting from incorrect banking information submitted by the user.

Certain activities fundamentally undermine the purpose of the referral program and are categorized as invalid. Any enrollments derived from these activities will not generate a commission. This includes, but is not limited to, referrals generated through deceptive link cloaking, forced redirects, or iframe stuffing.

Additionally, instances where a student navigates to the Academy organically, and a Referrer attempts to retroactively apply their code post-payment, will be explicitly denied. Referral tracking is entirely automated via browser cookies and tracking links; manual attribution requests for forgotten codes will not be entertained by the support staff.

To maintain equitable financial practices, self-referrals are strictly prohibited. The program is designed to reward the introduction of new, unique learners to the Academy, not to provide backdoor discounts to existing users. You may not use your own referral link to purchase courses, bundles, or certifications for your personal use.

Our internal tracking systems employ advanced heuristic analysis, matching IP addresses, MAC addresses, browser fingerprints, and payment credentials to detect self-referrals. If an account is flagged for attempting a self-referral transaction, the commission will be voided, and the offending account may face immediate suspension.

Maintaining the security and legitimacy of our platform is paramount. Fraudulent activity may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban without prior warning. If an account is terminated due to policy violations or fraudulent behaviors, all pending and approved commissions residing in the affiliate wallet will be instantly forfeited and seized by the Academy to offset investigative costs.

Decisions regarding account terminations and the forfeiture of illicitly gained funds are final and binding. Participants permanently banned from the Referral Program will also lose access to any standard academic features and courses attached to their primary student account.

The digital education landscape and economic conditions are highly dynamic. Therefore, ACA PrimeX may modify or discontinue the Referral Program at any time, at its sole and absolute discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, altering the 10% commission rate, adjusting the minimum withdrawal thresholds, or changing the payment processing timelines.

In the event of a program discontinuation, participants will be given a reasonable grace period to withdraw any legitimately earned, cleared funds that meet the minimum threshold. However, no new commissions will be generated from historical links once the program termination date has passed.

By participating in this program, you agree that ACA PrimeX Digital Academy, its directors, employees, and technological partners shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your participation. We make no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the Referral Program or the potential income you may earn.

Furthermore, we do not guarantee that the operation of our tracking software, affiliate dashboards, or generated links will be entirely uninterrupted or error-free. We are not legally or financially responsible for the consequences of any temporary server downtimes, tracking pixel failures, or unforeseen technological disruptions.

To ensure ongoing compliance with evolving legal frameworks and platform capabilities, ACA PrimeX Digital Academy retains the unreserved right to update, amend, or rewrite this Referral Program Policy at any juncture. Any modifications to these terms will become effective immediately upon being published to our official website.

While we may attempt to notify active referrers of significant policy shifts via email, it remains the sole responsibility of the participant to regularly review this document. Continued generation of referral links or claims for commission payouts following a policy update constitutes your complete and unequivocal acceptance of the revised terms.
